Super Easy Homemade Thin-Crust Pizza!!


Ingredients


For Pizza Dough

All-Purpose Flour - 1.5 Cup
Dry Active Yeast - 1 sachet
Water - 1/2 Cup
Olive Oil - 2 Tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - 1/2 Tsp

For Pizza Topping 

Pizza Sauce - 4 Tbsp
Fresh Mozzarella Cheese - 1 Cup (I loveeeeeee fresh cheese. If you want to use less, its your wish)
Cheddar Cheese - 1Tbsp
Chicken Sausage - 4 to 5 (I have cut it into small circular pieces)
Oregano and chili flakes - To your taste 

PS: You can use any toppings of your choice  (say fresh veggies, mushrooms, pepperoni, etc...)


Procedure

  • Take water in a cup and warm it in the microwave for 30 second and mix the active dry yeast and sugar to it. 
  • Let it rest for 15 minutes (until it becomes frothy on top)





  • In a big bowl, take all-purpose flour and salt and mix well
  • Now add in the yeast water and make a very sticky dough
  • Add oil to the sticky dough and knead it for a minute
  • Keep the dough aside to rise for 45 minutes in a warm place




  • Take out the proofed pizza dough and roll it with your palm on to the pizza making plate



  • Now spread the pizza sauce on top of the rolled dough






  • Now spread all the chicken pieces 
  • Top it with grated fresh mozzarella and some chadder cheese
  • Sprinkle some oregano and chili flakes 
  • Bake it in the Pre-heated oven at 425 degree F (or 218 degree Celsius) for 20 minutes

Enjoy your homemade amazingly yummy pizza.... You cannot have just one.....
