Super soft Chocolate Brownie!

Chocolate Brownie!!



Ingredients

1 cup sugar (powdered) you can do it in grinder at home.

1/2 cup Maida (white/refined flour)

Half cup chocolate powder (non sweetened)

3 Eggs; separated (yolk + egg white)

1 table spoon baking powder

Procedure

1) First in bowl mix egg york with powdered sugar very well... For at least 10 min.

2) In a separate bowl sieve the chocolate powder+Maida+Baking powder... (this helps in mixing these ingredients very well)

3) Then add this mixture to the paste of sugar and egg york that u already prepared in the 1st bowl...

4) Mix very well... Do not worry if it looks thick in consistency.

5) Keep mixing for at least 10 min.

6) Now add the egg white and mix very well for another 10 min.

7) Keep the mixture aside for 1 hour.

8) Now bake it in the oven (not microwave oven)
Baking Process

1) Preheat the oven for 15 min at 100 degrees

2) Now take a baking bowl or tray; place a butter paper on it and now spray/apply oil to it.

3) Now put all the batter now put and place this into the oven at 110 degrees for 20 minute.

4) To check after 20 minute place a clean knife inside the cake and see if it is coming out clean. If the knife comes out clean switch off the oven and let the cake cool inside it for 15 minutes

5) Now place the cake containing bowl onto a plate upside down

6) Remove the butter paper

7) And your super soft brownie is ready to be served with chocolate and Vanilla ice cream... Yipppeeeee!!!!!

In case you do not have baking oven... chill!! as i say cooking is made easyy...

1) You can also make it in a big cooker. Happy???

2) Place the cooker on gas oven, put a thick layer of salt inside it.

3) Close the lid (remove the whistle) and preheat it for 10 min.

4) Now place a small bowl on top of the salt layer

and place the cake batter containing bowl on top of it

close the lid and cook it in very sim heat for 40 min

5) Ta nana na na!! Yes.... Your super soft brownie is ready!!!
