Ingredients
- Samak Rice - 1 Cup (Soaked in water for 1 hour)
- Singhare Ka Atta - 1/2 cup
- Ginger - 1 cm cube
- Green Chili - 1
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Sendha Salt (Rock salt) - To Taste
Procedure
- Blend (samak, ginger, green chili and water) together and make somewhat runny paste. Do not add a lot of water at this point
- Now add Singhare ka atta to it and mix well so there are no lumps. Also add salt to taste at this point
- If the batter becomes very thick in consistency, add water spoon by spoon until you have achieved proper pouring consistency
- The batter should not be very thick or thin, it must be like Dosa batter. Keep it aside for 30 min to 1 hour
Dosa Making
- Heat non-stick skillet.
- Pour the batter and spread with the help of round spoon
- Apply a bit of Ghee and fry it until cooked on both sides and looks like this
Take it out from the Skillet and serve hot with navratri special Aloo-paneer ki sabji and curd!!
